In September—when blue skies meet green mountains and the autumn breeze carries the scent of bamboo—we celebrate the 41st Teachers’ Day. On this special day dedicated to all “teachers,” Heqichang extends its heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated internal instructors and presents them with thoughtful gifts as a token of respect and gratitude.

Instructors Like Bamboo — Standing Tall Through Teaching

Since the establishment of Heqichang’s Sprout Academy, we have gathered a group of passionate, knowledge-sharing instructor partners. In the classroom, they impart wisdom, share expertise, answer questions, and guide colleagues with professionalism and practical experience, illuminating everyone’s learning journey.

Just like bamboo breaking through the soil and growing segment by segment, every lesson they deliver contributes strength to the academy’s steady growth.

A Gift of Appreciation

On Teachers’ Day, the company prepared carefully selected gifts for the instructors of Sprout Academy. Though modest in size, each gift carries our sincere gratitude:
thank you for crafting courses with dedication, for patiently supporting colleagues, and for making learning a warm and vital part of our corporate culture. Sprout Academy shines because of its instructors—and grows stronger because of them.

Looking ahead, we will continue working together to cultivate a true “lifelong learning” culture at Heqichang, inspiring every employee to break through and rise upward like spring bamboo shoots.

Here, to all instructors of Sprout Academy, we say:
Happy Teachers’ Day! Thank you for your hard work!
