On April 17, Heqichang’s Spring Bamboo Shoots Academy held a special training session titled “Reshaping the Value of Performance Management — From ‘Assessment’ to ‘Empowerment’” for employees participating in the Xin Zhu and Jin Zhu talent programs. The training was led by Yan Labai, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department of Hoomax, a subsidiary of Heqichang. Focusing on the evolution of performance management concepts and their practical application, the session explored how scientific management can unleash organizational potential and drive strategic execution.

The training began with the question, “Why do we need performance management?” It provided an in-depth analysis of the essence of performance management: a management communication system that inspires employee potential and ensures the implementation of organizational strategies through shared goals and continuous empowerment. The course also reviewed the evolution and future trends of performance management, emphasizing that in today’s environment, stimulating employees’ intrinsic motivation, strengthening teamwork, and aligning shared values have become essential to improving performance.
