To further strengthen safety awareness, standardize forklift operations, and build a strong line of defense for production safety, Heqichang organized a special training session on forklift operation safety standards on April 19. All forklift drivers participated in the training, which was led by Gao Jifu, Deputy Manager of the Production Workshop.

Focusing on real-world operating scenarios, the training addressed key risks involved in forklift operations. First, common improper operating practices in daily work were reviewed and analyzed through specific scenarios, enabling participants to gain a more direct understanding of the potential safety risks caused by non-compliant operations. The training then systematically covered standardized forklift operating procedures and safety precautions, with particular emphasis on pre-operation inspections, driving practices, loading and unloading, and other key procedures, further clarifying operating standards and ensuring proper execution.

During the case-based learning session, typical forklift accident cases, along with relevant incidents that had recently occurred within the company, were analyzed in depth. By reviewing the sequence of events and identifying the underlying causes, participants were encouraged to strengthen their safety awareness through these lessons and improve their operational practices through reflection.

Taking accidents as a warning and turning learning into action, Heqichang continues to embed safety awareness into every aspect of daily operations.
