June marks the 25th National Work Safety Month in China. In line with this year’s theme, “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond — Identifying and Addressing Risks and Hazards,” Heqichang officially launched its 2nd “Safety Guardian Cup” Skills Competition on June 5. The competition aims to further strengthen safety awareness across the company, enhance employees’ ability to identify potential hazards, and improve emergency response capabilities.

A total of 13 teams are participating in this year’s competition. Teams including the Safety Commando Team, Rocket Team, SafeGuard Team, Life First Team, Safety Shield Team, and Forward Together Team made their appearances one after another. With high spirits and strong determination, team members showcased their team spirit through powerful slogans and expressed their confidence and commitment to becoming safety pioneers and safeguarding production safety. Their enthusiastic cheers brought the atmosphere to a peak and officially kicked off the competition.

The 2nd “Safety Guardian Cup” Skills Competition will run through June 30, featuring four specialized events over four weeks: Safety Hazard and Violation Identification, Safe Response to Equipment Failures, Emergency Response Skills, and Comprehensive Safety Knowledge. Points from each event will be accumulated, with the final champion, runner-up, and third-place team determined based on the overall score.

No safety matter is too small, and responsibility is paramount. Taking this competition as an opportunity, Heqichang will continue to embed safety awareness into daily operations, ensure safety responsibilities are fully implemented, and enhance employees’ safety skills, building a strong foundation for workplace safety and safeguarding the company’s high-quality development.
