On June 6, Heqichang’s 2nd “Safety Guardian Cup” Skills Competition kicked off with its first event—the Safety Hazard and Violation Identification Competition.

Centered on the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond — Identifying and Addressing Risks and Hazards,” the competition adopted a fun and interactive “Spot the Safety Hazards” format. Within the allotted time, participants carefully observed the images, identified potential safety hazards and violations, and analyzed the associated risks and proposed corrective measures.

Throughout the competition, participants remained highly focused and actively discussed their findings, testing their observation skills, speed, and safety knowledge as they searched for hazards in simulated workplace scenarios. Faced with hidden risks and easily overlooked violations, teams made full use of their practical experience and teamwork to analyze and assess each situation, creating an intense and engaging atmosphere.

After the competition, the company organized a collective review and discussion with team members, providing detailed explanations of the hazards and violations shown in the images, including their causes, standardized operating requirements, and preventive measures.

Going forward, Heqichang will continue to advance the “Safety Guardian Cup” competition series, further strengthening employees’ abilities in risk identification, hazard inspection, and emergency response, building a strong foundation for workplace safety and supporting the company’s steady development.
