Last week, Heqichang's 2nd “Safety Guardian Cup” Skills Competition continued with its second event—the Equipment Failure Safety Response Competition.

Closely aligned with real-world production scenarios, this event focused on abnormal situations and equipment failures that may occur during operations. Based on their job responsibilities and equipment operating procedures, participants analyzed and responded to questions concerning safe response procedures, key risk identification points, and emergency measures following equipment failures. The competition provided a comprehensive assessment of employees' safety awareness in equipment management and their ability to respond effectively on site.

Throughout the competition, teams remained calm and worked actively together, competing in key areas such as equipment shutdown, abnormality assessment, and standardized operations. Through realistic simulations, participants strengthened their safety awareness and enhanced their emergency response capabilities, creating an intense and engaging atmosphere.

After the competition, the company organized a collective review with team members, analyzing and explaining improper operating practices identified during the competition. This further clarified standardized operating requirements and key risk prevention measures, helping employees recognize risks, understand procedures, and respond appropriately, while effectively turning safety knowledge into safe actions.
