To further strengthen the concept of safety-driven development, reinforce employees' awareness of safety responsibilities, and improve their ability to identify risks and respond to emergencies, Heqichang organized its 2026 Special Training on Work Safety on July 7. The training was led by Gao Jifu, Deputy Manager of the Production Workshop.

Closely aligned with actual production needs, the training covered three key topics: accident prevention and warning through case studies, fire safety and emergency response, and heatstroke prevention and first aid in high-temperature conditions. Through a combination of case analysis, knowledge sharing, and emergency response guidance, the training helped strengthen employees' safety awareness and build a solid line of defense against safety risks.

For typical accidents caused by improper operations, Manager Gao analyzed the causes of the incidents and the violations involved, and explained standardized operating procedures based on the cases. Employees were reminded to firmly embrace the principle of “following procedures and ensuring safe production,” helping reduce unsafe practices and work-related accidents at the source.

Regarding fire prevention and emergency response, the training systematically covered key points for emergency evacuation and escape, analyzed the characteristics of different types of fires and the principles of firefighting, and provided detailed guidance on the proper use of fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment. These sessions further strengthened employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.

In response to the challenges of high-temperature work in summer, the training also covered the identification of heatstroke symptoms and the four-step first-aid approach of “Move, Cool, Hydrate, and Seek Medical Attention.” Common first-aid misconceptions were highlighted through practical cases, helping employees acquire scientific knowledge of heatstroke prevention and emergency care and improve their ability to protect themselves in high-temperature working environments.

Safety is the lifeline of development and the foundation of high-quality growth. Going forward, Heqichang will continue to conduct regular safety education and training, as well as risk and hazard inspections and corrective actions.
