With safety incidents occurring frequently in various regions recently, cases involving fires and other accidents have once again sounded the alarm on workplace safety. To further strengthen employees' awareness of safety responsibilities and improve their ability to prevent risks and respond to emergencies, Heqichang continues to conduct a series of work safety training sessions focusing on key areas such as fire safety, equipment operation, and emergency response, further strengthening the foundation of safety management.

On July 19, Heqichang organized a special training session on safe forklift operations. The training was led by Gao Jifu, Deputy Manager of the Production Workshop, with relevant personnel participating.

The training covered relevant laws and regulations, including the Special Equipment Safety Law, and provided systematic instruction on forklift stability principles, proper use of personal protective equipment, standardized operating procedures throughout the entire process, identification and prevention of six major categories of hazards, daily inspection and maintenance requirements, and lessons from typical accident cases.

Through a combination of theoretical instruction and case analysis, the training further enhanced participants' safety awareness and standardized operating skills, encouraging employees to take safety seriously in mindset and put safety into practice through action.

Work safety depends on effective implementation. Going forward, Heqichang will continue to strengthen safety education and training, strictly implement safety management requirements for special equipment, reinforce certified operation and standardized operating practices, and integrate safety awareness into every stage of production.
