To effectively prevent mechanical injury accidents and further enhance employees' safety awareness and self-protection capabilities, Heqichang organized a special training session on mechanical crushing injuries on July 24. The training was led by Gao Jifu, Deputy Manager of the Production Workshop.

Aimed at strengthening safety awareness and risk prevention capabilities, the training provided systematic instruction on the three types of mechanical crushing injuries and common hazards. Particular attention was given to potential crushing risks that may occur during equipment operation, helping employees accurately identify hidden hazards in their work environment and master preventive measures and emergency response procedures, further improving safe operating practices in their respective positions.

In work safety, prevention comes first. Going forward, Heqichang will continue to conduct a series of work safety training sessions, further strengthening employees' awareness of safety responsibilities and risk prevention capabilities, integrating safety principles throughout the entire production process, and building a strong foundation for workplace safety to support the company's high-quality development.
