To further strengthen fire safety awareness among all employees and enhance their ability to respond to fires and carry out self-rescue and mutual assistance, Heqichang conducted company-wide fire safety skills training from August 26 to 27. Instructors from the Yong’an Fire and Rescue Brigade were invited to the company to deliver a professional and practical fire safety training session for all employees.

During the training, the instructors used the fire at a shoe factory in Jinjiang as a real-life case to analyze the causes and consequences of the accident. Focusing on daily fire safety management, they provided systematic guidance on fire hazard identification, initial fire response, and evacuation and escape procedures.

Real-world cases gave employees a more direct understanding that fire safety is not merely a matter of compliance, but is closely connected to everyone’s personal safety. Only by integrating safety awareness into daily work and practicing emergency response skills regularly can employees remain calm and respond correctly in an emergency.

In addition to theoretical training, the program placed a strong emphasis on hands-on practice. The instructors demonstrated the proper use of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and other firefighting equipment, while explaining key precautions during operation.

Participants then took turns practicing with the equipment, gaining practical experience in proper firefighting procedures. The instructors corrected improper techniques on the spot and provided individual guidance, helping employees become more familiar with firefighting procedures and further improve their emergency response capabilities.

The training further strengthened employees’ fire safety awareness and addressed gaps in practical firefighting skills, putting the principle of “Everyone Takes Safety Seriously and Knows How to Respond in an Emergency” into action.

Going forward, Heqichang will continue to strengthen fire safety education and emergency drills, integrate safety awareness into daily work, and regularly practice emergency response skills. By building preparedness through practice and promoting safety through preparedness, the company will reinforce its fire safety defenses and provide a strong foundation for safe production.
